Cream Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Cream Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients

  • 1T dried parsley flakes
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
  • 1-1/2 pounds large white fresh mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Combine parsley with cooked and drained sausage and the cream cheese
  2. Refrigerate while you pop out stems of mushrooms
  3. Spoon stuffing mixture into mushrooms
  4. Place in oven at 550 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms have softened
I have prepared these with full fat cream cheese, and fat free cream cheese
Both outcomes were amazing
