Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

I love buffalo wing sauce…love it
Ever been to Buffalo Wild Wings?
It’s my favorite

So I knew I had to try this out…I used Frank’s sauce

I can even handle a little heat…but this stuff is HOT!
Next time I’m going to make sure I use a more mild buffalo wing sauce
My husband and his friends loved it though! So do whatever you and your family are comfortable with
You could use any kind of sauce you like…so versatile!
I like versatile

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
Recipe slightly adapted from Emily Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast…frozen or thawed. (I almost never make it with 3 lbs. You can alter the amount of other ingredients as much as you need to, or not at all…I like it a little soupier if I put it on rice or noodles)
  • 12 oz bottle of Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 oz packet of dry Ranch mix
Instructions
  1. Place the chicken breast in your slow cooker. Pour the bottle of wing sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle the packet of ranch mix over that
  2. Place the lid on your crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours
  3. Shred meat with two forks and serve: on rolls, rice, anything you’d like
