Las Vegas

Finally! I’ve gotten around to writing this post!

Our first stop when we got to Vegas was

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I know I use the word ‘love’ loosely when it comes to my food but I seriously love it. Their Spicy Garlic is by far my favorite! It’s hot and spicy, but not blow your head off hot and spicy…I can’t handle that. I wish we had one near us…on second thought, it’s probably a good thing there isn’t one around.

The Mr. and I shared 18 traditional wings. He got the Hot BBQ, I got the Spicy Garlic and we shared Mild. The mild still has a little tang to it, but it’s doable! I didn’t even touch the Hot BBQ.!. I wanted to enjoy my food, not burn my tongue off.

I don’t know if they’re all open 24/7 at all locations but the one in Vegas is…I couldn’t believe it. It’s kind of sick if you think about it, who eats wings at 6 am? I can understand being open until the early morning for all those people who work until 2 am, but really? Who goes to a restaurant and eats wings for breakfast?

Can’t wait to go again.

Go ahead, Google “Hash House A Go Go” and make sure you hit images. The portion sizes are killer. I mean that literally! I can’t believe everyone walks out of there still breathing! We asked our server how big their pancakes were and he said, “The size of a medium pizza, about 12 inches.”  How do they even flip those things? With a shovel?

That’s what we ordered, along with eggs and bacon. We went there for dinner, so their breakfast options were limited…next time I’m going for their breakfast!

They bring out a biscuit for everyone, which fills you up all by itself. It has a really great flavor and awesome texture. Did I mention it was huge too?

Then it came out…our pancake. I love saying pancake…we ordered one pancake to share…it was HUGE

I was amazed at how it was cooked all the way through. I’ve tried making some really big pancakes, and it just doesn’t turn out folks! Not like Hash House A Go Go’s.

I really liked their scrambled eggs too, so good! They were creamy, not undercooked creamy. I thought they were divine!

We also ordered one of their Kiwi Watermelon Lemonades

This was really good…if you get it make sure you mix it up well, before you drink it! AND ask for no ice, because that was the main ingredient I think.

This was in the entrance…If I were famous and had my picture up on the wall I too would draw myself like this!

Minus the big blonde hair, mini skirt…oh, and the BIG chest! 🙂

Wow that candy is expensive!!!! I don’t know about you but $25 for a glorified lollipop is a little out there. It amazes me…if you give a lot of rich and famous people free stuff, and hang their picture on your wall then people really will spend a lot of money, just to have the same thing. I didn’t get anything, but I can imagine their runts, and gumballs taste the same as any old runt or gumball. I didn’t try one of their famous Couture Pops, so I can’t say if it’s better then any other, but I don’t think I’m willing to find out….unless I’m rich and famous and they give it to me for free 🙂
Have you ever had any of their candy? Is it really worth $25 for one of their glorified lollipops Couture Pops?

Stay tuned for an amazing Apple Cranberry Jell-o I made for a Christmas party! Trust me,  you’ll want to make it too…it’s so easy! And tastes even better!
