Olive and Cream Cheese Pinwheels

These little lovelies will make the perfect addition to your next get together. They are super easy and can be made the night before. Talk about convenient!

Olive Cream Cheese Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8oz sour cream
  • 8oz light or regular cream cheese
  • 4oz can diced green chilies, drained
  • 4oz can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 10″ flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl stir together sour cream, cream cheese, green chilies, olives, cheese, garlic powder and salt
  2. Divide mixture between tortillas and spread evenly
  3. Roll tortillas
  4. Place each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
  5. When ready to serve, unwrap and slice
