Perfect M&M Pudding Cookies

This is my new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. I mean really! I have very low success rate when it comes to making good cookies and these M&M Pudding Cookies turned out perfectly! They were the perfect shape, size, texture, thickness, and of course taste. I mean they really were perfect. My husband was delighted because chocolate chip cookies are his absolute favorite!

Next time I make these Perfect M&M Pudding Cookies I’m using white chocolate chips for sure. YUM!

Perfect M&M Pudding Cookies


Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips {or white chocolate chips}
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl cream your butter and sugar until well combined. Add your egg and vanilla, mixing to combine. Add your flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt, stirring to combine. Add chips and M&M’s
  3. With a medium cookie scoop, or spoon, form dough balls. Place dough 1-inch apart from each other. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. If you need to cook longer cook for 1 minute then check them again. Let your cookies cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
