All I see is black and white. If I’m looking at the same t-shirt in 10 different colors, 9 times out of 10 I will pick black or white. I love them! I’ve been doing some perusing around the internet looking for all the necessities like swim suits, shoes, and even more shoes and, well, I’ll let the pictures do the talking…

I really like these shoes. They’re so cute! I love the sole, and the texture on the strap over the toes. I can’t find them at any local Target though. Which is a real bummer. I could buy them online but I hate paying for shipping, and there’s nothing I need to qualify for their free shipping on $50 spent

A DSW commercial came on the TV and I watched it like 3x because I fell in love with these shoes. Like, I’m pretty sure I’m going to go buy them tomorrow! The Target shoes are so cute {and half the price but sometimes having straps like that can make you look shorter when paired with certain skirts. Plus I already have 3 other pairs that are somewhat similar so maybe I should venture out a bit, haha.} The straps on these DSW shoes on the other hand….so amazing! A commercial has never influenced me as much as theirs! Watch it here

These come in black and white…have red on them too. So I’m kind of dying over all these amazing strappy high heels. I also appreciate the fact that they all have buckles. I didn’t love the zipper trend last year because I’d find a pair that I couldn’t live without only to try them on and they didn’t fit properly because of the zipper. Bummer

I told you I had shoes on the brain! But I also looked at swim suits…. When it comes to swimsuits it’s safe to say I go with Victoria’s Secret 90% of the time. Getting their swim suit edition in the mail is like my favorite ever! And if I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg to Target I go!

This may not be black and or white, but pink is the next best thing! When it comes to swimming suits Bandeau style is a must. I do not like to worry about tan lines … although having a toddler around sure makes things interesting SO BE CAREFUL!

Could you die? {haha, I love saying that when my husband is around…he just rolls his eyes!} But seriously, could you? I’m in love. This swim suit was love at first site…much like those shoes at DSW. I’ve been thinking about it for a while, I just need to make the plunge! It’s SO expensive…. eek! Word to the wise….if you have a swimsuit with these metal accessories just make sure you don’t burn yourself, those suckers get hot.
Sometimes it’s not really appropriate to wear a bikini, or you just don’t feel comfortable wearing one in general. If I were going on a vaca with my dad I probably would feel a little uncomfortable sporting a sexy bikini…I’m just sayin! This swimsuit is SO cute, and definitely not your grandmothers one-piece. I love the dramatic back detail {which according to the website is really hot pink, not black}…oh, and the fabric is lacy. Bonus!
Black and white may be the “it” summer trend for 2013 but it’s always on trend in this house!!!
