Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popping popcorn kernels, or 2 bags tender white popcorn
  • 1 {10 oz} vanilla bark
  • 1-1/3 cups broken pretzel pieces
  • 1 {12 oz} bag green and red Mint M&M’s
  • Red, green and white sprinkles {Nonpareils add a fun crunch}

Instructions

  1. Pop popcorn kernels or bag according to instructions on the bag. Remove any un-popped popcorn kernels
  2. Toss in broken pretzel pieces and M&M’s
  3. Melt vanilla bark according to package instructions. Drizzle half of the melted bark over the popcorn mixture, then stir gently a few times with a rubber spatula. Drizzle remaining vanilla bark over popcorn, and stir until evenly coated
    • DO NOT overstir or your sprinkles wont stick in place
  4. Pour mixture into a single layer onto wax paper
  5. Sprinkle entire mixture evenly with sprinkles before the vanilla sets
  6. Allow to cool and harden, then gently break into pieces and store in an airtight container

NOTE: You will have enough to make about 8 small gift bags if you’re gifting them
