Summer is almost here and that means it’s time to start thinking about summer camp for my kids. I went to summer camp as a kid and I loved it, it was definitely something I looked forward to every year. I see how confident preschool has made my son and I don’t want him to loose that confidence so summer camp, like Galileo¬†Summer Camp, is definitely something we are looking into. Galileo Summer Camp

I’m drawn to Galileo Summer Camp because it inspires creativity and confidence! I don’t want my son to walk into Kindergarten having forgotten everything he learned this year in preschool. The best way to keep that love of knowledge going is to continue doing creative things like crafts and baking, and interacting with other children!Galileo Summer Camp.

Both my boys enjoy baking with me. My oldest loves wearing a toque and pretending he’s a chef. It’s really sweet. Here are some of the recipes we love making together. I try and do things that will be easy for them to understand, and do on their own. It helps install confidence and independence at a young age, which I love!¬†{click each image for the recipe}Amish Friendship Bread3 Ingredient Banana BreadPerfect Hard Boiled Egg.
