This ham and potato quiche recipe is one of our favorite recipes for holidays like Easter and Mother’s Day. It works perfectly for holidays with the extended family because it doesn’t require a lot of time in the kitchen. Try it for your next get together with your family and friends, everyone will love it.

Ham Cheese and Potato Quiche

Ingredients

  • 36 oz frozen hashbrowns {thawed}
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 pie shells (or you could bake in a spring form pan, or glass baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a pie dish (or greased pan) layer potatoes, season with salt and pepper, top with half the ham, sprinkle with cheese, repeat, finish with a layer of cheese.
  3. Beat eggs, combine with milk, pour mixture over ingredients in pie shell
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until top is golden grown and the egg mixture has set.
    • Cover with aluminum foil if the top begins to overbrown before the egg mixture has set
  5. Let stand for several minutes before serving

    The ingredients call for 2 frozen pie crusts. Does this make one or two quiches?
