I have found that the term “holiday break” makes no sense. It’s not a break…I feel way behind! I was just starting to get back into the groove of things from our Vegas vacation at the beginning of the month, and now I’m back to wondering if I’ll ever have a clean house again!
Being married we are ping ponged back and forth from one family event to another. We joke that next year we aren’t coming home for Christmas…that we want an actual break!
I’ll get back into cooking again too! We went out to eat 3 times in 2 days, and of course had the family parties to attend, so I haven’t cooked in quite a while. I don’t want to slip back into my hold habit of NOT making dinner!
Even if the house is a mess I will make dinner.
I promise honey.
While I’m cooking, you can clean!
