Revolt Fitness Diet Plan

The Revolt Fitness Diet Plan is really flexible, which is great. Nicole Huntsman gives you a daily menu but also gives you a substitution list, because if you’re like me you need a little variety. The meals consist of breakfast, post work out, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and dessert.

The first week of her 6 week uprising diet is the most strict diet plan and you will quickly loose weight. Here is an example of meal for dinner:


  • Balsamic Chicken & Green Beans
    • 4 oz. Chicken Breast, boneless skinless
    • Balsamic Vinaigrette, used to marinate chicken breast
    • Green Beans
    • Green Salad with carrots and salad spritzer
