SKINNY SPICES Review and Giveaway

I have always been interested in eating healthy. Does that mean I always do? Unfortunately not. I mean I can pound a dessert table with the best of ’em. But my 19-month-old pretty much eats what I eat and it’s important to me that he eats well balanced meals. Everyday. If he’ll eat his vegetables that is.

One of my favorite recipes, Balsamic Chicken, was my first real encounter with the unimaginable impact spices can have! Before that day I hadn’t made anything with oregano, basil and/or rosemary in it, let alone all together. I’m just glad I actually went through with it, because it really changed my outlook on spices.
That experience only heightened my excitement when I was asked to review this amazing cookbook
I was even more excited that I get to giveaway one away to one of you!!!!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I love giveaways! It gives me a chance to give back to you!

This cookbook is being re-released as an enhanced interactive ebook! It features 50 master spice and herb blends and more then 100 tasty recipes that you can fix in a hurry. I don’t know about you, but I love the idea of being able to cut salt, fat and calories without giving up taste, pleasure and/or deliciousness.
As much as I love holding a cookbook in my hands I can’t get over how great it is to search a particular spice, flavor range or international cuisine and have several recipes at my fingertips. Makes planning a meal quick and easy, which I love.
They even gave me permission to share a recipe with you! Which I’m so excited about. I’ll share that with you soon…be excited.

I would say it’s a toss up between garlic and cayenne pepper. I love spicy. Thanks for the giveaway! 🙂
