Have you ever seen more beautiful pictures? Seriously! If I look at a cookbook and it doesn’t have enough eye catching, beautiful pictures I wont even take a second glance. I first came across the 101 Gourmet Series Cookbooks a couple years ago when I was wandering Costco waiting for new tires. I grabbed her Cupcakes cookbook and looked at it the whole time. Then I purchased it {because I had to} and made three kinds of cupcakes that week.
And best selling author and dessert extraordinaire Wendy Paul has done it again my friends, with her mouth watering collection of ice cream treats. This cookbook has everything from triple berry to exotic mango lime to scrumptious fried ice cream.
And of course Cookies and Cream! A must in this house. Well that and Vanilla {my husband’s favorite}
