3 Ways To Keep Your Infant Healthy and Safe

Now that my husband and I are experiencing what it’s like to have three cute boys I figured now is as good a time as any to share 3 ways to keep your infant healthy and safe. Some, all, or none of these may be new to you but I think they’re all important to learn about.

3 Ways To Keep Your Infant Healthy and Safe

  1. Blanket Sleepers
    • I’ve heard one too many tragic stories about blankets hurting young babies who aren’t able to move them. I love blanket sleepers because you put them over your baby’s pajamas and they stay warm at night. No need for a loose blanket. I’ll be using these indefinitely. The other day we went to the lake I laid my baby on a towel. I was watching him carefully and saw him pull the towel over his face and he couldn’t take it off. That scares me to death!
  2. Allergies
    • Pay close attention to your baby’s reactions to what you feed him. If you breastfeed your baby and you notice a rash or blood in his stool call your doctor right away. Our oldest and youngest children have had allergies as infants. Both presented differently, however, they were made better by me going on a dairy free diet.
    • If you choose to change your diet to determine what your baby could be allergic to be patient. It takes 3-10 days to get out of your system.
  3. Probiotic
    • Evivo is the only clinically proven probiotic {see below} to restore bacteria in your baby’s gut. It helps restore the proper balance of good bacteria in your baby’s gut. Evivo transforms special carbohydrates in your breast milk maximizes good bacteria and reduces harmful bacteria.
    • Learn more about Evivo probiotics here.
    • It’s extremely easy to use. All you do is mix 1 sachet with 3ml-5ml of breast milk in the small bowl provided. Draw out the mixture in the syringe, which is also provided. Feed the solution to your baby.
      • Evivo as the only probiotic that is clinically proven probiotic to restore bacteria by…
        • Maximizing every bit of breast milk’s nutrients to feed baby
        • Restoring the levels of B. infantis in baby’s gut
        • Protecting baby’s gut microbiome for a healthy metabolism and immune system
        • Defend against bad bacteria linked to eczema, allergies, diabetes and obesity

What are your suggestions for keeping your baby healthy? A healthy baby is one of the biggest blessings and something every parent hopes and dreams for. If our babies aren’t healthy we’ll do whatever we need to find out why, and what is needed to get them healthy.
