Exercising is a really important part of my lifestyle. I love going to classes, and as of yesterday I have been getting up way to early {4:30am} to go do some weights, sprints and HIIT training with some girls in my neighborhood. It’s absolutely killer but I love it. Some people prefer working out at home, and I totally get that to. There are a lot of workout DVDs out there. A lot! However, my favorite workout guru never changes.
Remember when I told you last year how much I love Tae Bo? Well Billy Blanks is at it again! Not only does he have NEW videos but a clothing line too! {Don’t worry, it’s not all spandex} Now all I need is a class I can go to. Are there any in your area? If there are I’m super jealous! Until then this awesome DVD will definitely suffice!
I love workout clothes! I honestly don’t think I could ever have too many. My favorite part about these shorts is the Tae Bo on the leg. So cool, right?
