and now Coconut Salmon
Ingredients
Salmon fillet
1 T oil and or lemon juice (optional)
1/4 cup panko Japanese bread crumbs
1/4 cup sweetened coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place fillet on a baking pan and brush with oil/juice
Combine panko and coconut and spread on top of the fillet
Bake 12-15 minutes
(Optional: place under broiler until crust is golden brown)
