Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

For how few ingredients are in this lovely little dish one wouldn’t suspect it would be such a crowd pleaser, but boy is it ever! We love this Crockpot Beef Stroganoff recipe.
When Crockpot, Beef and Stroganoff are used together do they really need an explanation? Nope! You’re going to love this recipe.

Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pounds cubed stew meat
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use 98% fat free)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 or 4 Tbsp of Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 oz cream cheese (I prefer 1/3 fat or fat free)
  • 1 tsp. of garlic salt
  • Dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in the crockpot except the meat and cream cheese
  2. Add the meat and mix together
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (depending on how your crockpot cooks)
  4. Last 10 minutes of cooking cut the cream cheese into cubes, place in crockpot and turn on high
  5. Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice
