As a 30-something mom of three boys I have started to notice some age spots appearing on my face. It’s not my favorite thing in the world, but the best part is age spots are reversible. It will take some time, and persistence, but it’s a challenge I’m definitely up to. So I am on the lookout for the Best Anti-Aging Beauty Products out there. Age spots, also known as sun spots, are harmless and don’t need treatment, but prescription creams and procedures can remove them or make them less noticeable.
Maybe once all my boys are in school I’ll get a facial every month to combat my age spots. But! Until then I’m going to do it myself with my favorite product, my PMD. Products are really important too, so as I try new products I will update this page to let you know what I love, and why!
Age spots are essentially sun damage, and vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, shown to reduce reverse age-related damage to skin. Vitamin C is not a replacement for sunscreen but it does protect against and may repair UV damage like discoloration and fine lines.

There is a fine line between a natural healthy glow, and looking like you’re baking outside when it’s 100 degrees and 90% humidity. A fine line, and I do not like crossing that line if I’m being honest. I can definitely say that using these products at night has helped moisturize my skin. I do not use them during the day because too much products do cause my skin to appear oily after a couple hours, so I keep my morning routine simple.
