Summer is right around the corner and I’m so excited. Here’s to pool, wedding and party season! I’m excited to share a fun way to give all your solid colored dresses a little extra pop. Normally I would wear my nude shoes and purse with this dress but I decided to pair it with my new bright blue shoes that match my Kate Spade purse perfectly! My husband bought me this purse when we were engaged, and while this style isn’t popular right now I will love it and treasure it forever.

This dress from Laydee Boutique is so fun. I love how the gathering wraps around the front and back, not just the sides. So creative.
If you want to know how to braid your hair like this all you have to do is take a piece of hair and do a normal braid. No french or dutch braid, seriously just 3 pieces braided together.
Once you’ve gotten to the end, move your hand to the top of the braid and pull one strand. That will give it the desired look. Easy right? I can’t wait to try this when I have longer hair!
