Some nights I just do not want to make dinner. Some nights I don’t make dinner, let’s be honest. …Sorry honey. Ha! But this is definitely going to be my go to meal on those nights because it literally takes less than 30 minutes to make. We’ve always got cheese, pasta and believe it or not broccoli. Broccoli is my son’s favorite vegetable…and I have no idea how, but we definitely lucked out on that one. He loves his fruits and vegetables, and he eats them every day. So lucky! There must be something to feeding your baby vegetables before fruits, because that’s what he did.
