I found this idea on Pinterest. I just mixed a little brown sugar and cayenne pepper together and sprinkled it on the bacon, I didn’t use exact measurements.

But no fear…here are exact measurements if you feel the need!

-1 lb bacon (I used turkey bacon)

– 1 cup brown sugar
– 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper

During the holidays I saw a segment on the Food Channel about a company that does the Bacon of the Month…I would love that! They send you a package of the bacon for that month, and it sounds divine. No harm in mixing things up! You don’t always have to have the same plain old bacon every time!
