My husband is in graduate school right now and has to study all the time…like I only see him for maybe an hour or two every day, if I’m lucky. If I weren’t around he’d only eat PB&J sandwiches!
I was thinking about all the other students who have to study as much as he does and I wonder what they eat sometimes. I know a lot of them eat out but eating out gets old! Sometimes all you want is a home cooked meal.

So come on over friends! We always have leftovers!!!
We had this meal every Sunday for years!
And it never got old
It’s still a staple recipe in my family

Infact it was one of the first recipes I ever tried alone …and I botched it. I don’t know how, it’s so easy! (Maybe because I was like 8)
And now in my house I make sure we always have all the ingredients needed to make it. You can make it without chicken too! The rice is my favorite part.
Ingredients
6-8 pieces of chicken
1 can each: Cream of
Chicken soup
Mushroom soup
Cheddar soup
1-1/2 cans water
1 pkg long grain and wild rice + seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
Bake uncovered in a large baking dish at 325 degrees for 2 hours
Stir occasionally
Very yummy and couldn’t be easier! Only difference was using trader joes wild rice (half a bag) and made my own seasoning. Will definitely make again-thanks for sharing!
