Cream Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1T dried parsley flakes
- 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese
- 1-1/2 pounds large white fresh mushrooms
Instructions
- Combine parsley with cooked and drained sausage and the cream cheese
- Refrigerate while you pop out stems of mushrooms
- Spoon stuffing mixture into mushrooms
- Place in oven at 550 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until mushrooms have softened
I have prepared these with full fat cream cheese, and fat free cream cheese
