DIY Utensil and Treat Holders

I’m really excited to talk about how you can take an extra five minutes and make your next party look like it took hours to plan. Serioulsy! These DIY Utensil and Treat Holders are so cute.  #ProjectAmazing. Check out these other amazing summer project ideas here. #CollectiveBias.I am all about making something that takes little time and appears like it took a lot of effort. Let me explain. If you’re charged with bringing utensils for a party don’t just take a box of plastic forks. How boring! Have you ever been to a party where the talk of the night was the utensils? When you make these cute utensil holders it will! {When that happens be sure to come back and let me know in the comments.}

If you’re asked to take cookies to your next BBQ take an extra five minutes and make individual holders for your cookies. It seriously won’t take you longer than five minutes and everyone will be so impressed.

So easy, so cute and I almost guarantee that you have everything at home already. If you don’t that’s ok you can find both Scotch® Brand and Command™ products in the craft aisle at Walmart making it an easy one-stop-shop of your crafting and filling needs.

Supplies:

9″ x 9″ two sided decorative paper
Scotch® Brand Double Sided Tape
Decorative String
Utensils or Treats

Instructions:

  1. Fold one sheet of two sided decorative paper in half, corner to corner
  2. Cross one point over
  3. Cross the other point over
  4. Place a piece of Scotch® Brand Double Sided Tape below the fold
  5. Fold down the top corner
  6. Decorate with string, stickers, etc.

What would you fill these cute Utensil and Treat Holders with?

What is your most creative idea using the Scotch® Brand products and Command™ Brand?

  • One of my favorite products are the Command™ Picture Hanging Strips because they have damage-free hanging solutions for a wide variety of uses. They hold on strongly, remove cleanly. They’re perfect for us renters because we don’t have to worry about damaging the walls. I love them!
