Last night for dinner we ate……wait for it……cereal! I totally failed! I made something in the crockpot and put the noodles in at the beginning!!! By the time I realized what I was doing it was too late. It was mush. I’ll never make that mistake again, at least the chicken was good. Oh bother!

If it makes you feel any better, one time my hubby mixed up the powdered sugar with the four while we were making pumpkin bread. It ended up boiling over in the oven and making a giant mess. It took me a while to figure out what went wrong!
Eh.. If that's the worst kitchen mistake you ever make, you are in good shape. I'll never forget when I introduced my (NY) wife to cilantro. She surprised me one evening with her famous slow-cooked marinara sauce — with cilantro instead of basil. Needless to say, we went out for dinner.
