Italian Parmesan Chicken

It’s been a long time! But I’m happy to be back to cooking and baking again. I don’t know about you but when I get sick my routine goes out the window. I’m all over the place right now. When it was warm out I would go for a walk with the little one in the morning before it got too hot…now I have no motivation to get out the door so early. I’m NOT a morning person so if I don’t have something I want to do it’s hard for me to get out the door before-let’s just say I’m not going to make a play date at 10 am if I don’t have to. Is that bad?
How do you get a routine going? I’m such a night person. If I have to fold a load of laundry you probably wont see me doing it during the day. I do almost everything at night. During the day I think “Oh I have plenty of time to do that today.” That’s why I can’t get up at 6 am and clean the house, etc…what am I supposed to do the rest of the day? haha..I’m working on that…any tips would be much appreciated.
Baked Italian Parmesan Chicken

 Recipe adapted from Moms Who Think
 Ingredients

2T Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix cheese, dressing mix and onion powder.
3. Coat chicken with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish-I like to line mine with parchment paper and cover the chicken with it as well.
4. Bake about 20 min. or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
