I purchased my amazing KitchenAid when I was given the task of making 360 cupcakes. Three Hundred and Sixty! Whaaaa? That’s a lot of cupcakes. It was so convenient being able to make 2+ plus batches at once using my mixer! How about 9 dozen cookies, 4 loaves of bread or 7 pounds of mashed potatoes in a single batch? Sounds about right. Can’t beat that!
