Leftovers

Dinner tonight was leftovers. Yesterday we ate dinner at my in-laws so I didn’t have to cook! Sad to say but we had a lot of our pot roast left, and that dry roast needed a little help!
So I made sandwiches, nothing a little mustard and mayo couldn’t cover up right? Oh, and a really great roll was a must!

I found Sweet Multi-grain rolls at Walmart, they taste a lot like the rolls at The Cheesecake Factory! Doesn’t get much better then that.

You can’t have just one!

TIP:
When eating a roast that is on the dry side make sure you cut it in thin slices. Not cubes! If you are expecting company and you don’t have enough time to make something else you can always whip up some gravy, that will really hide the dryness of the roast.

I didn’t even have to make a side of vegetables because we still had potatoes, carrots and celery! I love it when we have leftovers!
