1 can 10-3/4oz cream of chicken
1 soup can 10-3/4oz chicken broth
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1-2 cans (12.5 oz) chicken (drained)
Serve over rice, with a side of broccoli

Okay, this looks like it has possibilities.
Do I drain the canned chicken?
And I'm guessing the chicken is spread in a pan and the soup/broth mix is poured over?... or is it stirred together?
And it sounds like this would be good for leftover chicken as well?
I'm sorry! I'm not quite sure why I didn't put that information in the directions.
-Drain the canned chicken
-Mix chicken in with the soup mixture
-Leftover chicken would be great in this recipe!
