We traveled to Utah for a couple weeks earlier this month and it was so nice to be back home with family. My brother and his cute family were there too so we decided to have a fun early birthday party for some of the grandkids. It was so fun to celebrate some birthdays together, because it rarely happens.

Putting a party together last minute can be a little difficult so I wanted to give you a fun idea that I think anyone would enjoy. Young or old. This idea could even be duplicated for any upcoming BBQs or 4th of July parties you have this summer.

Get all the mixing you could think of. Pie crust dippers {recipe below}, Reddi-wip, graham crackers, pretzels, Pop Rocks, strawberries, blueberries, anything! And let your imaginations go wild. Here were some of my favorite ideas:

Have you ever had the dessert “Strawberry Delight”? Pretzel crust, strawberry filling and Reddi-wip on top. It is so delicious, but it does take a while because you have to cook the filling and let it set and cool completely before you have to eat it. Well now you can just add pretzels to your Juicy Gels, top it with Reddi-wip and you’ve got the next best thing. Or maybe even better because you made it in under five minutes. YUM!

Pie Crust Dippers are my new favorite thing to make. They’re fast and easy, and you can make them any {cute} shape you want. I’m pretty much a big fan of anything that’s easy but adds a lot to a tablescape! Who isn’t?

Pie Crust Dippers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust, from a pack of 2
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Unroll pie crust and cut out desired shapes {re-roll once or twice if needed}
  2. Place cutouts on parchment lined baking sheet
  3. Brish with melted butter, and sprinkle with sugar
  4. Bake 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes until golden, and flaky.
  5. Cool completely use for dipping

I’ve shared our favorite way to use Snack Pack Juicy Gels with you. I’d love to hear about yours! Leave a comment sharing your favorite easy recipe!

  • Yumm! I love how simple these all are but they do look fancy enough for a last minute party! I also love that you celebrated the birthdays while you got to be together, all great ideas! #client

    • Yes. We have to fit in as many combined birthdays as we can while visiting family :D
