The fruit and cheese board! An absolute party staple. They are simple to put together and they can upgrade your table spread tenfold. Trust me.
For this fruit and cheese board I tried out Stella Fontina Cheese. It has a mild, nutty flavor with a hint of honey! I like spreading a piece of Fontina on a cracker and topping it with golden raisins and raspberries! It’s so yummy.
I like to have a nice assortment of crackers to choose from, and a good variety of dried and fresh fruit. Top it off with some delicious nuts and fill in the spaces with herbs and you’ve got one good looking fruit and cheese board! Wouldn’t you love to see this spread at your next party?
Don’t worry about making everything perfect. One of my favorite things about this fruit and cheese board is how imperfect the fancy crackers are placed, the pistachios falling off the cutting board, and the mix of fresh herbs. It’s little touches like that help set it apart. Don’t forget to use bowls that are different heights and sizes.
I also suggest having a good selection of textures! Some of your guests will love fresh fruit, like grapes, or dried fruit like mangoes and golden raisins.
