Walnut Crusted Salmon

This salmon is so good. It’s one of the many amazing recipes my mom and I made while she was here  after I had my baby. I made it once with my mom using frozen filets, and a couple weeks later with my sister using fresh salmon from Costco and I seriously thought I was at a 5 star restaurant. It was A.mazing.

Walnut Crusted Salmon Recipe
Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 pounds salmon fillets
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In a small bowl combine panko and walnuts; set aside
  3. Place salmon fillets in a large baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice
  4. Sprinkle panko mixture on top of fillets, press to coat
  5. Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
You have to make this. Even if you don’t like salmon you will love this. Ok, if you really hate salmon try it with chicken. But it’s so good!
