I was on Bake at 350 (…if you haven’t checked it out you need to…after reading my blog first of course) and found something that will change your life! (ok, too dramatic? I do that sometimes when I’m super excited)

As you know, I love to bake! And sometimes my white frosting is more like an off white! And I hate that! (another reason cake bites are so great…doesn’t matter what color of white your frosting is) Well that will be a problem no more thanks to AmeriColor because they have Bright White food coloring! How did I not know about this? Well it gets better because none of their ingredients derive from animals-I know some people have an issue with food coloring in their food for this reason, if that’s you, you can thank me later for bringing this to your attention 🙂
