My Pregnancy At Seven Weeks Along

Like I said before, the major difference between my first pregnancy and this pregnancy would be my stomach. Before I just looked bloated, but now I’m starting to actually feel bloated, which is not fun. I’m even having bouts of heartburn too! Not cool.

I have been going through a lot of emotions. I understand there are a lot of hormone changes going on right now, but it’s hard for me to believe that they are effecting me so much. I’m already having sensitivity to smells. I had that big time with my first pregnancy! I couldn’t sit on our couch for the last two months. I vacuumed it, sprayed it with febreeze, nothing helped! I was convinced there was something rotting inside. The only problem is I was the only one who could smell it. As soon as we brought our son home the smell disappeared! This time? It’s our kitchen sink. I can hardly go around it. I’m dumping lemon juice down it, cleaning it with disinfecting spray like it’s my day job and nothing is helping. I walk in the door and the smell smacks me right in the face and I want to scream!

Can we talk about cravings? All I want is fast food! Isn’t that disgusting? I have eaten out like 20 times the last week {Ok, that’s a bit of an exaggeration}, and just thinking about it makes me sick. The weird thing is if I go somewhere, say Arby’s, there’s no going back. I eat it and I’m done. In fact just typing and thinking about it makes me want to throw up.  Grocery shopping is a joke because I crave something, get home and can only eat two bites. It’s getting ridiculous.

Hope your sensitivities clear up soon. I remember Nicole from OberBargains telling me when her husband came home from work she wouldn’t even let him come in the same room with her until he showered, the whole time she was pregnant!
Miss you and hoping everything is otherwise well!
