Last week I took a haul of stuff to the D.I. (like a Goodwill). While I was there I decided to see if they had any lamps I might be interested in.
(Since we need to buy lamps for our place in CT)
I am so glad I did! Because I saw these there…
What are the chances that I would find a set?!?
I spent $10 for both of them.

One of them doesn’t work, but The. Mr. and his dad are pretty handy…and if they can’t figure it out we have lots of friends who are too! 🙂
I’m so excited!
I think I’ll put them in our bedroom, and the lamp in the picture below will go out in the living room in our new place.
I went to Target, Hobby Lobby, Kohl’s, Ross, and TJ Maxx looking for different ideas for colors and patterns and I came up with a few winners….

The top and bottom picture are shower curtains, and the middle one is a drape.

P.S. I really love this lamp, but it’s $120…that’s a lot more then $5!
