My Favorite Things: OPI Nail Lacquer, Physicians Formula, Gift Ideas

My Favorite Things…This Christmas more then ever I just want to spend a lot of quality time with our family! A few weeks before visiting, my mom said she wasn’t planning on decorating too much…something about grandchildren demolishing everything within reach…? I was kind of bummed because I love, love her Christmas decorations. Fast forward a few weeks when we pulled up to the house the front shutters were open and I looked in to see a new, beautiful 10 foot Christmas tree impeccably decorated (I’ll post a picture soon). Then I walked in the door and the rest of the house was decked out too. It was the most perfect surprise ever! Oh my gosh I could sit and look at that tree all day!!! Nothing like being home during the holidays!

Ya know, I’ve been married 5 years and we’ve never had a Christmas tree…is that pathetic? haha. I’m not really into fresh trees, and I don’t want to store a fake one in our 2 bedroom apartment, so no tree.

My mother-in-law also loves to decorates her house. My favorite decoration she put out this year is a new one too!

Fisher-Price Little People Nativity Set
Isn’t it perfect? Push that little angel down and music plays. Isn’t it the cutest?
For now…here’s a list of My Favorite Things “Christmas Wish List” Edition!

OPI
I’ve always loved nail polish, what girly girl doesn’t? My mother-in-law brought OPI into my life and I haven’t looked back. It’s nice having nail polish that actually stays on your fingernails for longer then one day. Their polish remover is amazing too! It’s on the pricy side but dark colors wont stain your nails because it removes everything!
One day while you’re out and about read some of the names on the OPI bottle, because they are awesome. I’d like to meet someone whose job is dedicated to coming up with these creative names. Like Call My Cell-ery, Catch The Garter, Wanted…Red or Alive, We’ll Always Have Paris, etc.

Physicians Formula Bronzer

I love Physicians Formula Bronzer, it’s amazing. Have you ever used it? It’s kind of pricy, I’m not really into spending $15 for one item of make-up, but this is worth it. I ran out of it a couple weeks ago and my make-up just doesn’t look the same. I’m asking Santa for some for Christmas…exciting huh? I’m actually really excited!

Jewelry Stand

Guess where you can find this beauty? Did you guess? I bet Micahel’s craft store didn’t even cross your mind. I never would have guessed it, but my friend Corinne over at The Lookbook shared how she organized her amazing jewelry. If you haven’t seen her website check it out. I can’t even imagine having half the jewelry she has! I might ask Santa for one of these too. Did I mention it’s only like $17. Sweet!

I found these boots on Pinterest a few months ago! Could you die? I’m obsessed! I did a little digging…ok a lot of digging, and found out where I could get them. They are Jeffrey Campbell’s and cost about $250…kind of out of my budget! I love them though! I’m really digging the combat boots, have been for a while actually. Luckily I found a different pair I like that wont cost me an arm and a leg.
