Parade of Homes

This weekend we went to St. George. The Mr. played in a golf tournament and I went to the Parade of Homes. We’ve done this every year since we started dating! It’s something I really look forward to. This year wasn’t as fun as years past because I saw some similar things I saw last year…and I missed the little one like crazy! Wasn’t worth the time I was away.
My Favorites from this year’s Parade of Homes:
I loved this backsplash! It really brightened up the kitchen.
Love these countertops! There were little specs of glass/mirror in there that really reflected the light. It looked awesome!
The number…might need this.
I loved this! It really allowed the natural light to shine through.
Can you tell that I like natural light?
This same house had this backsplash, that went along with the same theme. I love the light coming in from the top and bottom.
This was the dinning room table. Regardless of the previous two pictures, I loved these chairs.
Here’s another backsplash I really liked.
I love the light too!
Really cool wallpaper.
I liked the mirrored piece hanging on the wall too. It really added a lot to the space.
It’s amazing what mirrors can do!
I like the idea of having this kind of an entryway! Put a family picture there instead.
I like it so visitors can’t see the kitchen/living area. That way when we have a surprise visitor they can’t see the mess from dinner, homework, etc.
 Cute doors.

A sink with no divider! That way you can place all your pots and pans in there!
What is that divider there for anyway?
With a golfer for a husband I can only imagine how much fun we would have as a family with this in our backyard!
Love the backsplash!
I may need 5 kitchens … I wont be able to decide which backsplash to use! 🙂

Love the idea of putting long mirrors behind the lamps.

Lamps, mirrors, chandelier, chairs.
 Drawers in a bed.

Shelves at the end of the shower.
Love this tile. There was a bit of silver shine in there.
Great entry way! I don’t like this floor all over, it’s too busy! But it’s a great way to get around needing a rug!
Hate the wall color, the hard flooring, and no windows for this playroom but these two sayings are so fun!

 Love the mirrors
 Great kitchen for this townhome!
Not to self: Really liked the home she designed!
A vanity with a large mirror… can do makeup AND hair here.
