- Make the cookies according to the package directions…a.k.a. Mix all ingredients together.
- Scoop batter into a MINI muffin pan with a cookie scoop. You want the batter to be almost to the top.
- Cook for the least amount of time specified (my package said 8 minutes)
- While they are cooking unwrap your Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Remove from oven and immediately press a PB Cup into the center of each cookie.
- Sprinkle with red and green sprinkles
- Carefully remove from pan when cool
