This recipe only takes minutes to prepare, but it tastes like it took hours of slaving over the stove to make. The sauce is super thick and rich in peanut flavor!
Sesame Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp soy sause
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tsp ginger
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbp Sriracha sauce
- 1 Tsp sesame oil
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 pound Udon noodles that have been cooked and drained {found in the Asian cooking section}
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts {for garnish}
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped {for garnish}
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, ginger, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil and lime
- Place the cooked noodles in a pan and cover with the sauce
- Stir to coat and heat over low until noodles are hot
- Serve with chopped peanuts and sprinkle green onions on top
