Sesame Peanut Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp soy sause
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 Tsp sesame oil
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 pound Udon noodles that have been cooked and drained {found in the Asian cooking section}
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts {for garnish}
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped {for garnish}

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, ginger, honey, Sriracha, sesame oil and lime
  2. Place the cooked noodles in a pan and cover with the sauce
  3. Stir to coat and heat over low until noodles are hot
  4. Serve with chopped peanuts and sprinkle green onions on top
