Snack Packs


style="text-align: center;">I’ve read lots of articles and blog posts about how one should divide their snacks into individual baggies but I never really understood why that was so important. Ya, you don’t want to eat a whole bag of chocolate covered raisins in one sitting, but is dividing them into individual baggies really necessary?
Well I tried it, and I must say it’s amazing how handy it really is!
Hungry?
Pull out a bag of pretzels and eat it with some hummus…can’t get much easier then that.
Want a snack?
Grab some chocolate covered raisins…but not the whole container this time. No, no. A small bag.
It’s really helped prevent me from overeating. It really helps you track how much you’re eating, because I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to eat 5 baggies of food in one sitting.
 It helps make the food go a long way too-which can only mean one thing…savings!
However…I’ve done this multiple times with veggies, but for some reason I haven’t mastered those yet. I bag them, but never eat them…what’s a girl to do?
I need to work on that…any suggestions?
