I have a million exercise videos but always come back to taebo. P90x is way too hard and I always feel like I could really hurt myself. I try to run every other day but do taebo videos and turbo jam on the others....

Clairon Palmer and I usually run on the trail by town walk apartments at 6:30 am 5 days a week. We usually go somewhere from 3-5 miles. If you are ever interested in joining us, let me know and we'll look for you. Also, I own p90x and it's just sitting on my shelf collecting dust if you ever want to borrow it. It's too many pull ups for me. My husband likes it though, but it totally kicks our butts and we're a bit out of practice on it. Hope you find something you love.

Here are the three video (sets) I rotate through. In the school year I go to the gym and rarely do videos, however, in the summer, I hate to leave my kiddos so I head down to the basement and get in a good workout. At home.
I like p90x. So many discs and there is always one that I'm in the mood to do (except the yoga, blech)
Also, Jillian Michaels, Get Ripped in 30days. Has 4 different routines on one disc, each at about 25 minutes.
Finally Bob Harper has a set of DVD's for Kettlebell workouts (I bought this at Target). LOVE Kettlebell. Sometimes I combine Jillian with a p90x workout or Bob.

Thanks Aimee! I hear ya on the yoga...I hate yoga! I wish I didn't but I do. Especially the p90x yoga, it seems so long!!!
