TIP: Chopping Vegetables

While I was chopping veggies for the Cheesy Vegetable Chowder last week I had an epiphany!

Why hadn’t I thought of this before?

I cut my carrots like so!

(Cut in half lengthwise, turn 90 degrees, cut in half again)

Now begin chopping and dicing and you’re good to go!
I wanted my carrots and celery to be smaller pieces so this really “cut” down on chopping time (pun intended…I love that!)

Happy Chopping!
