I love popcorn, especially caramel popcorn. Oh and then there’s Kettle Corn. Ok, I could eat it every day and be happy. So I decided to shake it up a bit and make a completely different kind! I’m pretty sure anything containing White Chocolate, Oreos, Marshmallows, and Popcorn is a home run!

And I think you’ll agree that this recipe is a home run!

White Chocolate Oreo Popcorn

Ingredients

• 1 bag of popcorn (homestyle/butter)
• 15 Oreos
• 1 cup white chocolate
• 2-1/2 cups marshmallows
• 1T butter (optional)

Instructions

1. Pop popcorn according to package directions
2. Finely crush Oreos (I used my Vitamix and it only took 3 seconds, that’s love)
3. Melt the butter, white chocolate and marshmallows on the stove, stirring constantly, until melted and a smooth consistency
4. Place popped popcorn and crushed Oreos in the melted chocolate mixture and mix quickly until evenly coated
