Winter Is Layering Fashion Time. I guess that’s a good thing because living in Chicagoland that’s kind of a necessity, like it or not. You can find capes everywhere this winter and as far as I’m concerned they’re perfect. Whether it’s a true cape or a blanket cape {which has no opening in front and goes over your head}. I love this particular one because of the length, and it keeps my legs so warm!
