Raspberry Poke Cake

I love a good, easy, stunning dessert recipe, and this Raspberry Poke Cake is definitely one of them! I used fresh raspberries in my recipe, but you could always use frozen if they aren’t in season or if you’d like to save some money. Raspberries can be expensive!

Recipe on www.embellishmints.comDo we ever really need a reason to make a delicious cake? I don’t think so! But incase you do you can make this cake for a birthday, Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, Christmas. Anytime really. I love a good poke cake during the summer because the frosting is so light it doesn’t’ seem to weight you down like a thick buttercream.
