Marshmallow Brownies

 These brownies are Always a hit!
And they are oh so easy!
I must warn you they are rich! If you like a rich brownie make these right before you want to eat them. You wont be able to eat more then one, I promise you! But if you’re not into eating only one brownie, and you don’t like them as rich just make them the day before you want to eat them. They aren’t quite as rich…weird right?
But you can eat more, like I’m saying the whole pan more.
I remember my mom making these when I was a little girl, and the anticipation of having to wait for the marshmallows and brownies to cool before we could frost them was almost too much. But let’s face it 90% of the time they were for someone else, sigh!
When I made them last night they were for us, however.
Yes!
And here is tip #1
Use Betty Crocker Original Supreme Brownie Mix 
Best brownie mix EVER!
My mother in law introduced me to them and it’s been love at first sight ever since. They are good alone, with ice cream, with marshmallows and chocolate frosting 😉 just about everything!
 Must have!
Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Mix (and required ingredients for that mix)
Mini Marshmallows
Chocolate Frosting
Directions
Make your brownies
Last 2 minutes of cooking place marshmallows on top and put back in the oven
When done take them out and let the brownies cool
Once cool frost with chocolate frosting-any kind you like
Eat immediately or wait a couple hours depending on how rich you like your brownies.
They’re excellent either way!
I like my brownies crunchy, I’m a corner kind of girl!
