I miss the radio stations in Utah so much! Especially 97.1 ZHT‘s morning show
The popular morning show here, seriously, I’d rather soak a wound in lemon juice then have to listen to them. They aren’t even funny. They are really dirty and talk about the dumbest things in the world.

Thank goodness for iHeartRadio. Before, when I lived in Utah I didn’t think much about this new little app. Now, I’d like to shake the person’s hand that brought it to life!
Frankie, DB, Jess thanks for waking up so early to do your morning show. Now when I turn on the radio while I’m getting ready (and listen to the other guys for half a second-thinking they deserve a second chance) I remember it’s 6am there and you guys are on air!
I have always loved you guys, but I never realized how great you really are, and what a great team you make. Seriously!
It’s the little things in life…I never really paid much attention to the aisle of cold drinks in the local Macey’s at home because it seemed like a logical thing to have. I go down that aisle often but it was always nice to know it was there…just incase. The other day my friend and I stopped at the grocery store on our way to a potluck and I thought “Oh I’ll get a drink too” Nope! No cold drinks. All they had was milk and juice. No variety at all!
What the?
Don’t get me started on the candy aisle. Again, I mostly stay away from this aisle, but it’s nice to know it’s there if you need to grab something quick. My friend wanted to make a candy poem for her husband so she went to the grocery store. She couldn’t even make it because they didn’t have half the candy she needed! The candy aisles really come up short. Well lots of things do-except their ice cream, the ice cream here is a wonder! Thank goodness because who can live without their Meadow Gold? THE brand here is Friendly’s and it’s awesome!
Gas Stations
Maverik where are you?
Gas stations around town could not be smaller. I miss running into the gas station to get myself a fountain drink. It’s nice as a mom to go somewhere out of the way just for yourself. It may seem small but it’s something I loved!
Not to mention Maverik’s frozen yogurt.
