I’m ready to whip some of this rich and creamy caramel coconut pecan frosting up in my kitchen and eat it before my chocolate cake or chocolate cupcakes cool.

To be honest I’ve never made it for chocolate cupcakes. Have you? I’ve only ever had this German Chocolate Cake Frosting on cake.
