I’ve said it before, and this wont be my last time saying it I’m sure, but I love baking. It is always my go-to gift for friends and family. Especially during the holidays. This Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie recipe is for all you bakers, like me, who fail {100% of the times} at making Chocolate Chip Cookies. Which also happen to be my husband’s favorite! I’m not exaggerating when I say he would love me more if I could actually bake them, haha.
This Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is completely fool proof. He actually told me this is the best cookie I’ve ever made, and then I reminded him it was a Cookie Pie. Maybe that’s my problem. I have confidence my Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie will turn out, but zero confidence my chocolate chip cookie baking skills. That’s probably it.
So I guess I need to really dig deep and ask myself if I make this delicious Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Pie for him, or for me. I’ll say it’s for him, to be on the safe side. One thing I know for sure, being married to a Chocolate Chip Cookie lover definitely has its advantages!
PS: Go ahead and double the amount of Chocolate Chips in most other recipes. No need in this one because that’s how I make mine. But I’m sorry one cup of chocolate chips isn’t enough for us! 2 is perfect.
